Thiết tưởng, Đạo nào cũng dạy lánh dữ làm lành. Chủ-nghĩa mỗi Tôn-Giáo thảy đều cao thượng; nhưng nếu người hành đạo không noi theo một phương châm nào cho chánh đáng, tức nhiên Đạo cao thượng cũng hóa ra như hèn, rồi lâu đời mối Chánh-Truyền phải mất.

Tôi vốn không từng viết văn, lẽ không nên làm sách, song nghĩ vì trách nhiệm nặng nề, sở dĩ phải lược lục quyển sách "Phương Châm Hành Đạo" nầy, mong rằng chư Đạo-Hữu lưỡng phái nam nữ nhứt tâm hành sự theo qui tắc chuẩn thằng, thì rất may mắn cho nền Đạo, mà lại cũng là một điều hân hạnh cho tôi lắm đó.

Mỗi lần thuyết Đạo, chư vị Thiên-Phong cũng nên đem quyển sách nầy ra đọc cho chư Tín-Đồ nghe, rồi giải rành thêm cho mọi người dễ hiểu.

Indeed, all religions teach us to avoid evil and do good. The core principles of every religion are noble and lofty. However, if those who practice religion do not follow a proper set of guiding principles, then even the most noble religion will become corrupted and degenerate. Over time, the true teachings of the religion will be lost.

I am not a writer by profession, and therefore I should not be writing books. However, I feel a heavy sense of responsibility, which is why I have decided to summarize the book "Phương Châm Hành Đạo" (Guiding Principles for Spiritual Cultivation). My hope is that all fellow practitioners, both male and female, will wholeheartedly follow the righteous path outlined in this book. If this happens, it will be a great blessing for our religion, and it will also bring me great joy.

Every time a preacher gives a sermon, they should read from this book to the followers and explain it clearly so that everyone can understand.
